1. Who we are

This store is operated by Aldevin Hollow LLC, an online retailer of consumer goods for home, office and everyday use. These terms govern use of aldevinhollow.com and purchases from the store. The company was established on October 21, 2026.

2. Product information and prices

Product pages show the current description, images, available options and price. Select the appropriate option and quantity before adding an item to your cart. Images and screen colours may vary slightly in appearance. Any specific dimensions, compatibility requirements or included items stated on the product page form part of the description.

The store’s base currency is USD. If checkout offers a different currency, the currency and amount shown before payment apply. Delivery charges, taxes and duties collected with the order are disclosed before you pay. We may correct an error in a listing or price; if it affects an existing order, we will contact you and obtain your agreement to any change or offer cancellation and a refund.

3. Orders and payment

Purchases follow the store cart and Shopify Checkout. Review the products, options, quantities, address and total before submitting payment. Payment details are handled through checkout and the payment services presented there. Do not send card details through our contact form.

An automated receipt acknowledges your order. Acceptance takes place when we confirm fulfilment or dispatch, subject to any earlier acceptance required by applicable law. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for the unfulfilled items. We may decline an order for a lawful reason, including a payment problem, an unavailable item or a reasonable concern about misuse.

4. Availability and delivery

An item marked available to order may be supplied after ordering rather than dispatched from immediately held stock. Refer to the delivery information available with your order. We deliver to supported addresses in the United States and Europe. The method, charge and any estimate displayed before purchase apply to your order.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. If delivery is delayed, lost or damaged, contact us. We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable consumer law. Our Delivery & returns policy explains delivery, cancellations, returns, refunds and fault remedies.

5. Returns and your rights

Our voluntary return period is 30 calendar days after receipt, subject to the conditions in the Delivery & returns policy. It is separate from statutory withdrawal and faulty-goods rights. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, including rights that apply to EU consumers.

6. Responsible use

You must be legally able to make the purchase or have the necessary permission. Use the store lawfully, do not interfere with its operation, and do not submit misleading details or harmful content. Follow the product instructions and any safety information supplied with the goods.

Store text, branding and original visual materials may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where the law permits. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.

7. Privacy and communication

These terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky, United States, except where the mandatory law of your place of residence provides rights that cannot be waived. This choice does not remove those protections or prevent you from using a competent court available under applicable consumer law.
